New Zealand Fans, Experience Brisbane’s Global Rugby Tens
Tuesday June 6th, 2017
Around February, Brisbane becomes a very popular place for New Zealand and Australian rugby fans. Why? Because on 11 and 12 February 2018, the annual Global Rugby Tens will return to Suncorp Stadium. This event brings together top players of all 10 Super Rugby teams as well as four international teams over a two-day tournament. Ten players per side and ten minutes per half ensures plenty of nail-biting moments. If you’re travelling to Brisbane, make sure you experience the event in style.

Unwind and unpack in these luxury suites and watch the city sprawl out at your feet. These suites offer incredible value for money for small and larger groups, especially when compared to normal hotel rooms.
Where to head before and after the game
Brisbane loves its sport and if you’re in the mood to celebrate, there are plenty of sports bars close to your accommodation. If you’re staying on Herschel Street, take an easy walk to LiveWire Sports Bar at Treasury Casino or head to the Fox Hotel for top pub grub. For those staying on Adelaide Street, you won’t need to travel far to travel to find cold beer and live sports on-screen at Pig ‘N’ Whistle in King George Square. If you’re just heading out of the gate at Suncorp Stadium following a game, then the historic Caxton Hotel is a great choice for a debrief and meal.
