The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and baby Prince George are likely to call Sydney their home during their upcoming visit to our shores.
It will be their first visit down under since the birth of their son George. According to Royal Central, it is believed that arrangements are currently being made by the royal entourage to ensure that the third in line to the British throne will be well cared for in Sydney, while his parents are attending to their numerous civic duties.
When William last visited Australia with his parents Prince Charles and Lady Diana some 30 years ago, the Royals stayed at Woomargama Homestead near Albury in NSW, where the young prince was rumoured to have taken his first baby steps.
Details of where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will stay on this current visit have not yet been made available to the public or the media. It is believed that the couple will make every effort to protect their privacy while in Sydney, only allowing young Prince George to be seen in public on one or two special occasions, as Prince Charles and Lady Diana did with Prince William during their visit back in 1983.
