  • Do I receive free internet with my booking?

    Yes. All Meriton Suites locations offers guests complimentary internet in your suite up to 1GB per 24 hour period. Additional costs may apply for usage over 1GB, limit of 3 devices at any one time. Once the 1GB limit is reached the speed of the internet will slow to a dial up speed, however you can opt to pay for additional internet at the faster speed.

  • If I cancel my reservation, will I be charged?

    Our general cancellation policy for bookings made direct on our website (www.meritonsuites.com.au) or via our reservations team is no penalty if cancelled prior to 12 noon the day prior to your arrival. However some rates have different policies and some special event periods, have a no cancellation policy.

  • How many guests does my suite sleep?

    Each suite has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding.
    Studio / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Guests
    2-Bedroom = 4 Guests
    3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 6 Guests

  • Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

    Yes. All visitors must leave by 23:00 (11pm). Maximum number of visitors per suite is;
    Studio / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
    2-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
    3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 4 Visitors

  • Do you provide restaurant facilities?

    Unfortunately all Meriton Suites locations do not. However in your suite compendium there is a list and menu options from our preferred local restaurants, which are happy to deliver to your suite.

  • If I arrive early at the hotel, can I check-in?

    You may arrive prior to the usual check-in time of 14:00 (2pm). If you have a car, you may use the car park and reception can arrange luggage storage until your suite is ready.

  • What time is check-out?

    Our check-out time is 10am, unless you have pre-booked with reservations a relaxed check-out (until 1pm) at $60.
    Please Note: Penthouse suites cannot be booked with a relaxed check-out.

  • Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

    Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return.

  • Can I book a car parking spot?

    Car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved, it’s on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event the car park is full; our reception staff will help find alternate arrangements.

  • Can I extend my booking?

    Yes. If you extend your in-house booking, your original suite key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. Reception will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.
