Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2:00pm local time, 1 day prior to arrival*. To give you further peace of mind, we have amended our cancellation policy to allow booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2:00pm local time on the same day of arrival*. If the guest does not arrive by 11:00pm local time on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the booking will be released and the first night of accommodation will be charged. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited. Guests who have booked through a travel agency or third-party website (for example Booking.com or Expedia) must contact these companies directly to make any amendments or cancellations to their reservation. *Over high demand, special event periods and group bookings alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.
