Accessing Your Account
Your Member Profile account is a key part of your Eminence membership, as you need to be logged in to take advantage of the Eminence Member Rates.
LOGGING IN
Log in to your account using your email address and the password you chose when you joined. You cannot use membership numbers as a login — your email address serves as your Member Profile. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to select the Eminence Member Rates when confirming a new reservation.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?
If you forget your password, you can reset it at anytime by clicking ‘Forgot password’ on the sign-in page. Can’t remember your username? That’s the email address you used to sign up for Eminence.
