WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to Eminence Members only.
To be eligible:
- Entrants must be logged into their Eminence Member account at the time of booking
- The booking must be made directly via www.meritonsuites.com.au.
- The promotion is valid on new bookings only
- The offer is not valid for existing bookings or reservations made via third-party websites
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or corporate rate
Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies (and their immediate families) may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.
COMPETITION PERIOD
- Booking Period: From now until 20 May 2026
- Stay Period: 22 May 2026 to 13 June 2026
Entries submitted outside of these periods will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Competition, eligible participants must:
- Make a booking via www.meritonsuites.com.au during the Booking Period
- Be logged into their Eminence Member account
- Add the “Eminence Member Exclusive Draw” to their booking at the time of reservation
Additional conditions:
- Entry is limited to one (1) entry per booking
- Multiple bookings will be treated as separate entries
- A minimum stay of two (2) nights applies
- The offer is valid across all room types, including Penthouses
- The promotion is available at the following properties:

PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION
The total prize includes:
- Captain Cook Vivid Dinner Cruise tickets for two
- $200 Meriton Suites accommodation credit
- Meriton Suites ICON gift pack
Prize conditions:
- The Vivid Dinner Cruise is valid only during the official Vivid Sydney event period (22 May to 13 June 2026)
- Winners will be notified approximately 48 hours prior to their booked stay via the contact details provided at booking
- The winner is responsible for claiming and booking the cruise directly with Captain Cook Cruises, subject to availability and their terms and conditions
- Cruise dates, times, seating, and inclusions are subject to availability and operator conditions
The prize:
- Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- Cannot be substituted for alternative products or services
Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize (including transport, extra food and beverages, or upgrades) are the responsibility of the winner.
VERIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including:
- Membership status
- Booking eligibility and compliance with these Terms
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct
If a winner is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the prize
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value
- The Promoter is not liable for any technical issues, booking errors, or system failures that may affect participation
The Promoter is not responsible for the operation, availability, or delivery of services provided by third parties, including Captain Cook Cruises.
All bookings remain subject to Meriton Suites’ standard booking terms and conditions, including cancellation policies.
Golden Egg Easter Hunt Competition T&Cs
COMPETITION AND PROMOTER
- By entering the “Meriton Suites Golden Egg Easter Hunt Competition” (Competition) and in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these Conditions of Entry. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
- The Promoter of the competition is Meriton Property Services (ABN 69 511 281), trading as Meriton Suites of Level 11, 528 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. (Promoter)
WHO CAN ENTER?
- Entry into the Competition is open to all guests who stay at any 23 Meriton Suites locations during the specific dates
- Employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter, any prize drawers and any related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are welcomed to join but will be ineligible to win
- The Promoter may determine whether a person is an Eligible Entrant at its absolute discretion
COMPETITION PERIOD
- The Competition commences at 10:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on 1st March 2026 and ends at 10:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on 30th April 2026 (Competition Period)
- Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and will not be eligible to win
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

- Entrant must stay during the specific stay dates to be eligible. If the entrant cancels their booking they then forfeit their competition entry
- Entrant must stay at one of the listed Meriton Suites hotel locations during the following dates: 30th March – 6th April 2026
- A golden egg will be randomly placed within selected suites
- All eggs will give the guest the chance to go into the draw to win a two nights stay
- Selected eggs will also provide an instant prize
PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION
- Major Prize:
- 1 x two nights stay available at any Meriton Suites 23 locations
- Prize is for accommodation only and does not include parking or meals
- Prize does not include flights or hotel transfers to and from the airport
- Prize does not include accommodation in a penthouse suite
- Prize stay must be taken prior to 10th December 2026
- Blockout dates apply
- Subject to availability
- There will be one winner randomly chosen
- The winner will be selected and contacted on Friday May 15th 2026 via email
- Prize value upto approx. $1,500
- Instant Prize:

- Each bag consists of a variety of items

- A prize bag will be handed to the guest on receipt of a Meriton Suites Golden Egg
- If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated then the prize will be forfeited
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited, replacement prize or other compensation will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize
VERIFICATION
- All entrants agree to provide the Promoter with appropriate photo identification or other documentation required to verify their identity, age and eligibility to enter the competition if selected as a prize winner
- If the items required by the Promoter is not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of The Promoter within the time period required by The Promoter, the entry submitted by the entrant will be deemed invalid
- Prizes will only be awarded following all verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction
- In accepting a prize, the prize winner agrees to the release set out below
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, The Promoter, its related corporations, associated agencies (and any of their personnel) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant (including the prize winner) in connection with the Competition or a prize, including, without limitation:
- Any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
- Any loss arising from the negligence of the Promoter, its related corporations and associated agencies (and any of their personnel); and
- Any liability for personal injury or death
- No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter or its authorised agents for lost, ineligible, incorrectly entered, misdirected or late entries due to technical reasons or any other reason. Entries that are not genuine or are incomplete, late or in any way fraudulent will be declared invalid
- Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory implied guarantees/warranties as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the ASIC Act 2001 (Cth), including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or similar laws in the States and Territories of Australia
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize
