Below you will find the complete set of Terms and Conditions specific to the Elevate Direct 2.0 program. For regular booking Terms and Conditions, please click here


Elevate Direct 2.0 discounts only apply to our daily online rate. Bookings can only be made at www.meritonsuites.com.au using your unique Corporate ID code provided by Meriton Suites once you are an enrolled Elevate Direct 2.0 Member. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Not valid on 31 December and 1 January each year. Rates are non-commissionable. Rates cannot be on-sold or distributed to third parties either online or offline. A limit of one Corporate ID code is valid for Australian Companies with a registered ABN or ACN. Excludes groups and event bookers. Qualifying nights for tier status apply to bookings made using your unique Corporate ID code. Tier status reviews are conducted weekly. Tier Status updates within seven (7) days of meeting the higher status. The volume of room nights produced within the twelve (12) month period following enrolment will determine your status as per the tier targets (see below for target breakdown). Bookings made offline do not count toward your qualifying room nights, and no retro-claim of past stays can be made. Future bookings do not count towards qualifying nights until the guest has departed and paid entirely for their stay. If you would like to update your company contact on the enrolment contract, your unique Corporate ID code will be re-issued.

 

Tier Specific Terms and Conditions
Blue Tier Members

As a Blue Tier Member, if your total qualifying room nights is less than ten (10) nights twelve (12) months from your enrolment date, you will be notified that your membership is due to expire and will be deactivated. Should your total qualifying room nights be between ten (10) – one hundred (100) nights twelve (12) months from your enrolment date, you will remain a Blue Member and your room nights will reset to zero (0) for the start of the next twelve (12) month period.

Silver Tier Members

As a Silver Tier Member, if your total qualifying room nights is less than one hundred (100) nights twelve (12) months from the date of becoming a Silver Tier Member, you will return to a Blue Tier Member and your qualifying room nights will reset to zero (0) for the start of the next twelve (12) month period. Should your total qualifying room nights be between once hundred (100) – two hundred (200) nights twelve (12) months from the date of becoming a Silver Tier Member, you will remain a Silver Tier Member and your room nights will reset to zero (0) for the start of the next twelve (12) month period.

Gold Tier Members

As a Gold Tier Member, if your total qualifying room nights is two hundred or more (200+) nights twelve (12) months from the date of becoming a Gold Tier Member, you will remain a Gold Tier Member and your qualifying room nights will reset to zero (0). Should your total qualifying room nights be between one hundred (100) – two hundred (200) nights twelve (12) months from the date of becoming a Gold Tier Member, you will return to a Silver Tier Member and your qualifying room nights will reset to zero (0) for the start of the next twelve (12) month period. Should your total qualifying room nights be less than one hundred (100) nights twelve (12) months from the date of becoming a Gold Tier Member, you will return to a Blue Tier Member and your qualifying room nights will reset to zero (0) for the start of the next twelve (12) month period.
