Your stay is just around the corner, and we are delighted you’ve chosen to stay at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction.
Please take note of the following information to help you plan for the arrival of your upcoming stay.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME
Check-in is available from 3:00pm. If you do need to arrive before 3:00pm, we provide complementary luggage storage. Earlier check-in will be subject to availability on the day and isn’t something that can be guaranteed.
Check-out time is 10:00am on departure day. Additional charges may apply if you do not depart prior to this time.
CAR PARKING
Secure undercover car parking is available for $40.00 per vehicle, per night. Entry is located at 97 Grafton Street.
You may park the vehicle in the car park prior to check-in. The parking ticket issued at the entrance will need to be validated at reception to allow for multiple entry and exits during your stay.
Please note that all car parking is strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed.
HOTEL LOCATION
Our hotel is located at 97 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction. When you arrival, please proceed to reception for to complete the check-in process, which is available from 3:00pm.
HOUSEKEEPING
Guests staying on “Direct Dynamic” or “Eminence” rates will receive an express light service every three days. A full service is provided on the 7th day for guests staying more than seven nights.
Guests staying on the “Stay More & Stay More” discounted rate will not receive a housekeeping service. Charges apply for any housekeeping services requested by guests who are staying on this rate.
All other booking rate types will have the frequency of housekeeping services that was communicated during the reservation process.
PAYMENT
Any outstanding accommodation payments will be required to be settled upon check-in.
A card surcharge applies to all payments made by card. This amount will be applied at the time of payment and is in addition to the nightly rates. The surcharges are as follows:
- 1.75% applies to VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Union Pay cards.
- 3.25% applies to Diners Club cards.
There is no surcharge when paying with EFTPOS. Cash is not accepted for accommodation payments.
