  • Is there car parking available?

    Secure undercover car parking is available at $20.00 per vehicle per night. The car park entrance is located on Naulty Place (corner of Defries Avenue), which is at the southern end of the property. You may enter the car park before check-in; just remember to bring your parking ticket to Guest Services to be validated for your stay.

  • Can I extend my reservation?

    Extensions of in-house reservations will be subject to availability. If the hotel is fully committed on the departure date, extensions not already confirmed will not be permitted. If you extend your in-house reservation, your original suite key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. The Guest Services team will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.

  • If I need to exit and re-enter the car park will I be charged both times?

    Reception can validate your ticket for the duration of your stay. This ticket will allow you to come and go as you like for your full stay. The ticket is for one car only and must be used in and out in a consecutive order to remain valid.

  • Do I receive free internet with my reservation?

    Yes. All Meriton Suites locations offer guests complimentary unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi in your suite and hotel shared areas.

  • What if I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

    Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2PM (14:00) hotel time, one (1) day prior to arrival. If the guest does not arrive by 11PM (23:00) on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the booking will be released and the first night of accommodation will be charged. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited. Over high demand, special event periods and group bookings alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.

  • How many guests does my suite sleep?

    Each suite has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding:

    • Studio suites: 2
    • 1 Bedroom suites: 2
    • 2 Bedroom suites: 4
    • 3 Bedroom suites: 6
  • Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

    Yes. We request that any non-registered visitors leave all suites by 11PM (23:00) each evening. A maximum number of visitors per suite is:

    • Studio suites: 2
    • 1 Bedroom suites: 2
    • 2 Bedroom suites: 2
    • 3 Bedroom suites: 2
  • What if I arrive early at the hotel, can I check-in?

    Check-in/arrival time is from 2PM (14:00). We allow guests to arrive earlier and to store any luggage until the suite is ready.

  • What time is check-out?

    Our check-out/departure time is 10AM (10:00), unless you have pre-booked with reservations a Relaxed Check-Out until 1PM (13:00) at $60.00.

  • Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

    Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return.
