With all the sophisticated amenities expected at Meriton Suites, our 2, 3 and 4 bedroom suites come equipped with a second full bathroom; providing the ultimate in affordable luxury when you stay with us. Each suite features a large LED TV with 24 Foxtel channels in the living room and each bedroom having an additional wall mounted TV. With the most spacious suites in the region, you will love our custom-made furniture offering a chic design. Many of our suites including our City View suite category offer unparalleled views towards the east of the Sydney City Skyline and beyond. As with all Meriton Suite locations, high-speed Wi-Fi is FREE for all guests in your suite and throughout the hotel.   • Can I book a car parking spot?

    Car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved, it’s on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event the car park is full; our reception staff will help find alternate arrangements.

  • Can I extend my booking?

    Yes. If you extend your in-house booking, your original suite key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. Reception will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.

  • If I need to exit and re-enter the car park will I be charged both times?

    Reception can validate your ticket for the duration of your stay. This ticket will allow you to come and go as you like for your full stay. The ticket is for one car only; and must be used in and out in a consecutive order to remain valid.

  • Do I receive free internet with my booking?

    Yes. All Meriton Suites locations offer guests complimentary unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi in your suite and hotel shared areas.

  • What if I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

    Our standard cancellation policy requires reservation cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2PM (14:00) hotel time, one (1) day prior to arrival. If the guest does not arrive by 11PM (23:00) on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the reservation will be released and one nights accommodation will be charged. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited. Over high demand and special event periods alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the reservation process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.

  • How many guests does my suite sleep?

    Each suite has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding. Studio / Executive / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Guests 2-Bedroom = 4 Guests 3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 6 Guests / 4-Bedroom = 8 Guests

  • Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

    Yes. All visitors must leave by 23:00 (11pm). Maximum number of visitors per suite is; Studio / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Visitors 2-Bedroom = 2 Visitors 3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 4 Visitors / 4-Bedroom = 2 Visitors

  • Do you provide restaurant facilities?

    Now in partnership with Deliveroo, we are able to offer an extensive choice of meals from a selection of nearby restaurants; with all the choices growing by the day. Just like other hotels, ordering has been made as simple as a phone call down to our Guest Services team.

  • What if I arrive early at the hotel can I check-in?

    You can arrive prior to 2pm (check-in time), if you have a car you can use the car park and reception can arrange luggage storage until your suite is ready. Our recreational facilities are also available for your use at any time before check-in.

  • What time is check-out?

    Our Check-out time is 10am, unless you have pre-booked with reservations a relaxed check-out (until 1pm) at $60. Please Note: Penthouses cannot be booked with a relaxed check-out.

  • Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

    Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return.
